Pros

Great manager, decent pay, great tools

Cons

Timekeeping is a bit much and over complicated. Greenlighting phase is super stressful and overwhelming. Not all the facilities you work with are as nice and helpful as others. The person doing my IRRs at one made me feel like a bother. Once you get through Green lighting its better. Benefits could be better

Do not recommend.

Pros

Flexible schedule, That’s about it.

Cons

Lack of communication. They do not take your thoughts into consideration. Low pay, high cost of benefits, low yearly raises, no bonuses. Quantity over quality. Third time being bought out by another company. MANY IT issues they make you make up your hours for or use you own PTO, which I don’t see how that is even legal. You get paid for 40 hrs but usually end up working 40-50 with no compensation due to their IT issues and they way they make you track you time. You do a lot of work with no pay. You are just a number to them. Will get rid of you with no warning. No computer or equipment given. No education offered or paid for to keep your required credentials up to date.
