      Pros

      Working from home, opportunities are abundant. I have been able to move up higher than I ever would have in a hospital and always have new opportunities to learn and grow. The flexibility allow me to work around my children's schedules and be a part of their lives again. Weather is no longer a concern as I work from the comfort of my home. I have saved money on gas and apparel. I cannot say enough good things about this company and I am so glad I made the switch from a traditional hospital setting to Q-Centrix!

      Pros

      Q-Centrix has positioned itself very well in the healthcare quality space. Q-Centrix has ability to provide value to healthcare facilities and allows hospitals for drive improvements in patient care. I have been give many growth opportunities in my role. There is a unified goal across the organization.

      Cons

      Many employees work remotely. This can cause some challenged when building internal team comrade, but they do a great job of keeping remote employees engaged. This allows for the "best of both worlds" for all employees that work from home.
