Pros

Working from home allows flexibility

Cons

The pay cuts constantly. They always say its based on their "model" But all that means is that the more efficient you are the more they expect you to do. By showing them you can complete your assignments quickly they see it as "You don't need to be paid as much for your tasks" They cut case rates CONSTANTLY. Every response on here from Q-centrix is that they are transparent. Transparency does not equate to being fair. They expect you to work your butt off for literally nothing. Some cases pay $1 for completion. $1!!! I don't care if you offer q-points bonuses based on their efficiency, this company is an absolute joke. They "encourage" their employees to take hold of their careers and pay by doing more work. Once the employee does that, theyre rewarded with case rate decreases.

Sorry to hear you are not having a good experience with the compensation structure. This is concerning because the model is designed not to cut pay, but rather reward productivity and quality. If you haven’t already, I really encourage you to bring up your situation with your Senior Manager so you can discuss immediate suggestions to try to improve your compensation. And to clarify, the case rate and pricing information shared in the review is not accurate. Partnership pricing depends on multiple variables generally related to type and scale of the solution. Simply put, it’s not a one-price-fits-all model. Regarding case rates, we have introduced increases in certain areas and increased the bonus pool over the past few months. To say we are cutting rates is simply not true. We do truly want all our team members to feel rewarded and fulfilled. Please feel free to reach out to me directly as well to discuss your situation, especially if you have taken the above suggestions and information into consideration and are still unhappy. My email is included below. Best regards, Jelena Virijevic, VP of Client Services Jelena.virijevic@q-centrix.com

Pros

Flexibility, kind & supportive coworkers, decent pay, remote work (no more commuting to work or pre-making lunches!), generous HSA contribution benefit, low stress compared to in-hospital work, great for work-life balance.

Cons

Managers need to be trained to have better communication & management skills (the biggest con that affects me), insurance is not as generous as I've had before, 401k match could be better (max 3% match), need to give 2 weeks notice for time off due to scheduling staff to meed client deadlines.

Thank you for taking the time to provide such detailed feedback and for your contributions to our team! We’re thrilled to hear that you’re surrounded by kind and supportive coworkers and are enjoying a number of our benefits—especially work-life balance! Regarding your comments about management communication styles: while we recently launched an enhanced, comprehensive management training program to ensure all leaders are equipped to provide best-in-class support, I’d like to see what we can do to better understand your particular experience and how we might be able to improve it. I encourage you to send a note to our People Team at peopleoperationssupport@q-centrix.com. I’m also available to talk privately if you’d like to reach out to me directly. Thank you again for your feedback! I hope we have the opportunity to connect soon. Eve Hersh
