Pros

Great place to work. Friendly coworkers, good management in the IT department. This company is growing quickly so there is a lot of room to develop personally. They definitely promote learning and training so you can continue developing.

Cons

There seems to be a lack of organizational communication. Teams are in sync but team to team communication is poor. It's hard to get help from other departments.

A diverse crowd of people with any interest you can imagine. A great group of cool geeks and pranksters. Unlimited coffee/tea Endless opportunities to learn

Cons

Imposed superficial culture No promotions from within Frequent re-orgs that achieve nothing Incompetent Implementation department management that is unwilling to consider team members' feedback No real appreciation of hard work. Just a lot of talk and t-shirts, but I believe even those are no more. Over-complicated processes No sense of the true situation with management and company. Annual "All-hands" meetings have a lot of "ra-ra", but new senior management is constantly on-boarded, while established managers are swept aside. (A new President was recently hired to work side by side with the former President but current CEO... :/ hmm...) Seasoned contributors in the Implementation department are frequently replaced with new hires. High attrition/turnover Mediocre (at best) benefits No matching for 401k or plans to do it in the future
