none, this is quite possibly one grade below junior high. extremely unprofessional management, onsite and remote.

Cons

very poor "leadership" and no integrity, whatsoever. the facade of "integrity" is just that, and management needs an entire revamp top to bottom.

Double standard is a norm, treated as second class if not in favorable group/s of people by Management and non-management. Management is believed over employees no matter what.

Very easy to get behind the CEO's vision for the company and the product itself and a lot of hard working people.

Cons

The hard working people are overworked. Company is having difficulties catering to Tier 1 customers, while trying to keep long term customers happy and it doesn't seem like it's working.
