Business Outlook
Pros
Above average opportunities to move within departments or advance into leadership roles. A good place to start if you're young or starting a new career and are willing to accept low pay and a lot of hours to get the experience in before you move on to greener pastures.
Cons
Just started first round of layoffs and company isn't even close to profitable yet. Job security and morale is low right now. Not a good place to work if you have a family--I don't know anyone here who doesn't work at least 50 hours a week, though most I know work much much more than that. Company tried to expand too fast and now we're experiencing the fall out.
