Pros

Great benefits Great caring dedicated coworkers

Cons

Constant and on going reduction in force at their West Chester headquarters Very low morale Job security Seems like restructuring people is an exercise of “moving chairs on the Titanic” This is a sun setting industry with cable cutters and Amazon There’s been job eliminations totaling 400+ coworkers, not the Enviornment that leads to trust in mission and vision.

Pros

Salary. Benefits used to be great but, now are just OK.

Cons

Unrealistic senior management. No bad news is allowed to be given, even if rtue. It all has to be sugar coated so nothing gets done about problems.
