      Pros

      Great cafeteria, some fellow employees are wonderful.

      Cons

      Rules change to accommodate the company and NOT the employee. Zero care for employees. Layoff's out of no where and you know as you see people who have worked there for 20 plus years being escorted out. Experienced people being replaced by cheaper, younger, unexperienced and unprofessional worker bee's. You either drink the Kool Aid or you're out. Independent, creative and those who believe in treating others with basic human respect need not apply.

      The employee store. Salary Can Be Decent, Double Pay On Holidays

      Cons

      Your call time is pretty stressful; you are expected to give quality service but limited to amount of time you spend with a customer. There is a rating system, and if you get a 5,it's considered a serious infraction. The supervisors get a bonus if the talk times are kept low, so the supervisors are notorious for riding you; you are always reminded how being fired is imminent. Top that with customers who can really be nasty, and you have to take it.

      Poor middle and upper management Very low employee morale Low pay for industry standards Very hard to get promoted Constant loss of overall company direction No training
