Pros

QVC offers pretty good coverage. Offers remote opportunities. Paid time off. Decent employee discount. Multiple trainings on techniques and workshops

Cons

Now merging with HSN they have gone under several and swift changes increasing sales goals and pressuring constantly to upsell. Also they only allow credit for certain things. Systems are not reliable always encountering a tech issue. Because of this it affects customers orders and billing. Customers complaining that quality of QVC is not the same. Most customers are elderly and do not like that they don’t receive paper return labels. QVC now processes returns online they are trying to get customers to adapt but because they are elderly and most don’t like to go online.
