Pros
Overall the business is thrilling and you never get bored. The first couple of years you learn a lot and working for a multiplatform can get you extra skills you wouldn't develop anywhere alse.
Cons
The company is going through a massive organizational change to face fast growing competitors (Amazon, Wallmart) moving toward a matrix organization. Unfortunately it is taking way too long than the original plan and in the past 2 years and half the company lost credibility towards customers and employee, losing money and employers. Plus, there's a huge generational gap between the management coming straight from the 80's , mostly people who only worked for QVC and are totally out of the world (no emails, no apps, no knowledge of competitors), versus the latest hired people, skilled, prepared, flexible AND uber-used to new technologies. These usually do not work at QVC for longer than a couple of years for obvious reasons and generally they end up working for Amazon.
