Benefits My co workers are great Great atmosphere

I have learned to have great patience with this job .every evaluation I have exceeded expectation. It doesn't reflect in my pay..50% of my calls are verbally abusive calls. We definitely are not getting paid or awarded for our services..

Pros

Very Easy, work with no supervision, nice customers (mostly women), nice cafe, pretty good hours, pay is decent, Helpful HR

Cons

TOO easy, very repetitious, you won't meet your team/ supervisor unless you take the initiative, managers aren't so nice/ helpful, no assigned desks so you have to get there early to find a seat & clean it

The people I worked with, not for, were the best around.

Cons

Used to have a family-oriented feel, then became corporate and all about the bottom line. Company does care about employees anymore.
