Pros

Benefit package is one of the best I've seen. Cafeteria food is great. I have made some good friends here.

Cons

Handling time drives everything. While they talk about engaging customers, it all boils down to how fast you can get the call completed. If circumstances cause you to use up your personal time, you can begin accruing points which can lead to your dismissal.

Pros

They have a great starting pay. It is good getting to know people. They have nice products on tv.

Cons

10 point policy is ridiculous. Trainers are going too fast in training. They give test to see who make it out of training. Still waiting on my last check. This company has a high turnover.
