Pros

Some of the Pros that come to mind quickly are opportunities to be well versed in many areas as there are many positions that work hand-in-hand with one another. Knowing one position will help you succeed in the next position and/or another department. The business culture at QVC is very strong, the teams have great communication efforts. Also, I found that they are very open to listen to all ideas vs. other companies who have a very narrow window with movement.

Cons

Promotions in my case were given to those who are more liked rather than performance. Trying to stay away from the clicks in the company did not seem to benefit.

Pros

Terrific people, and a great sense of teamwork and camaraderie. A related, upbeat, friendly atmosphere, although most people work very hard all of the time. Flex-time, telecommuting. Excellent benefits.

Cons

QVC stands for Quick, Violent Change. Priorities change all the time.
