Pros

Great health benefits a lot of time off

Cons

Poor treatment by management lousy pay difficult to move up annual reviews are a joke--pay goes up only in teeny increments vacation time/sick time is based on Order Services pay even if you're a Diplomat and doing customer service work. Overtime is also based on hours worked in Order Services and NOT in CS. abusive customers cliquish supervisors and management are busy 'micro-managing" and fail to see the bigger picture supervisors run around like kids laughing and playing instead of working, taking very long breaks and lunches reps on the phones are treated like a number and a worker bee, you're a number, not a person ridiculous amounts of required days and mandatory overtime QVC gives affiliate holiday discounts a month or two before their own employees get a discount Port St. Lucie site is lowest paid versus other sites Low employee morale Poor ventilation in building
