Pros

pay is okay , they offer health insurance

Cons

they dont record calls, supervisors do not really care, the tech they use for remote work is terrible and just full of glitches its actually alarming.

Employee discount and pto hours.

Cons

They only care about call times and not the quality. I received 100 score quality ratings but I came up about 7-10 seconds too long on my metrics so they let me go. They just want to take customers money and not make personal connections or to welcome the customers. I was also sexually harassed by several customers and received no help from my management team regarding those calls. Remote managers were also hard to get ahold of for help with issues.
