Pros

Good benefits, employee discount, and nice setting.

Cons

Overworked, under recognized and no support. If you are bright, talented and know your stuff, hide it! Management here does not like that. Don't expect a manager or a director to actually know anything about the area they manage. Most are playing the "Game" using the talent in their departments as pawns to get them to the next level. If a few pawns are lost along the way they don't care. They take credit for your successful ideas and throw you under the bus when their ideas fail. They constantly reorganize so they can promote each other while the pawns both hourly and salaried are passed around and discarded at the end of the shuffle. Conform to their twisted ideology or fail.

Pros

You can hide there and accomplish nothing forever. Screw-up and as long as someone thought you did good, they promote you. Senior managers and above are way over paid and that is not including the bonus progam the actual workers making it happen don't get. I'll be here forever doing little and getting paid too much for it!

Cons

From senior managers to the VP levels incompetence reigns supreme. If you support the RAH-RAH culture, it doesn't matter that you are incapable of performing your job. In a year or two you move on to a different area of the company and your mistakes are forgotten.

Pros

-Full time employees are eligible for paid PTO, medical insurance, company discounts for all companies under QRG parent company -The company and management uphold a culture of kindness and respect among team members, this is not a toxic work environment like some fashion companies are. Most people are nice or at the least civil. Disrespect is addressed, it's not ignored or supported. -Company donates generously to outside charity and non-profit organizations -Weekly company wide meetings and regular quarterly town halls attempt to keep all employees in company informed and abreast with current business and updates -Employee engagement/wellness such as yoga, a gardening club, walking club, kickball team, choral group and other distractions from your low salary and lack of career growth. -Stable employer that's trying to innovate against stiff competition (Amazon) -Beautiful location

Cons

-Below competitive pay and low-ball offers during salary negotiation. -Minimal or non existent growth opportunities. -Understaffed teams and lack of staffing support from upper management. A common saying and practice: "upper management will let you drown before they agree to give you any support, they want you to prove that you need it" -Inefficient software systems and workflow processes. -Despite what HR will tell you the company does not attract top talent from the fashion industry (no one goes to Nowhere, PA to further their career). Plenty of people are coasting until retirement or just making the rounds within the limited Philadelphia companies. -Regular and major cost cutting measures such as eliminating entire teams and departments, scaling back benefits such as reducing vacation, retroacting rescinding benefits. -Despite vocal support of work/life balance, few practice this as it's simply impossible to keep up with workload (see previous points as to why); many people work evenings and/or weekends -Lack of diversity amongst employees -Huge company, you are literally a number -Beautiful BUT secluded location, long commute if you don't live in the area
