Pros

Call Center past employee experience and advice

Cons

Constant Monitoring, Constant Nit Picking of good workers, AHT unrealistic, Don't give customer service, Don't be personable with customer, Get customer off the phone in 2 minutes period. Don't care about employees. Not professional.

Pros

The work isn't very hard. Use various types of forklifts in some departments that make the job easier and tasks faster.

Cons

-company has no compassion for employees -there's not much room for growth -don't pay much -won't pay employees the top hourly pay rate, even after 10 years of employment -operating systems aren't accurate (and company knows) but they still hold you accountable for (and will fire you) for the mistakes -unfairness, bias, favoritism, racism...all exists

Benefits are good 401k is ok matching Discounts are awesome PTO is good VACA is good

Cons

Employer doesn't care about security staff rude employees Company wont follow rules about employees in call center Will fire anyone who isn't on the phones for no reason
