Not very understanding my grandmother had terminal cancer and took a leave of absense, my grandmother passed away a day after the end of my leave of absence, I was told not to return since my leave of absense expired

Constantly changing priorities. Management is painfully disconnected from the people doing the work. There seems to be a push to use external contractors both onsite and offshore. This makes it increasingly difficult to keep good talent in-house, and a lot of important information is lost as people and contractors leave. It's amazing how some individuals can keep their jobs when they make everyone's' lives so much more difficult.
