Pros

The best reason would be to help customers correct issues with shipped items, mostly faulty shipping on the warehouse's part for sending out wrong or damaged items

Cons

average handling time or aht should be more lenient based on the nature of the work. it's difficult to get a customer off the phone in 3 minutes if it is a particularly complicated or troubled call. Also quality should learn the difference between being polite and absolutely grovelling to the customer...

Pros

great people; location; fun to see people working on TV; great place to learn early in career but can be a negative if you stay too long given the tv outlook

Cons

inefficient to the extreme; meeting heavy culture; top down culture; some great people but several top leaders in position thanks to unethical behaviors. Created more inefficiency by splitting out qvc and hsn when there is a need to save money.
