Pretty laid back environment. As long as you get the job done without accidents or mistakes during the delivery, they leave you alone. Decent equipment. Company paid uniforms. Company has a lot of safety incentives.

It's a transportation business. Has the usually cons.

Cons

The turn over rate is so high, they drop the work loads of people who leave on tenure employees. Were always short handed and as a result we have to do our jobs plus others. Its really not a great place to work. Most of the employees feel like were disposable and not valued. Its a okay place to work if you need a job till something better comes along. I wouldn't recommend staying long term. No raise scales and its hard on your body. They dont care about the employees, they just care it gets done regardless of the well being of its employees.
