My co workers are some of the best team members I have every had the pleasure to work with.

Cons

The commute is 45 minutes to an hour at times. I would like possible an obtainable incentive program like I had at another company. I would like to be within 20-30 minute to home.

Pros

Better schedule than most food service companies. Management actually cares about employees and the fact that they have families. Well maintained equipment and an above average wage with plenty opportunity to work extra. Good benefits and management is willing to listen.

Cons

Hard physical labor and working nights can be taxing.
