Pros
The starting pay is above average for delivery drivers. Management tries to award employees with gift cards and bonuses for a safe work record and job performance. A four day work week. Plenty of overtime available for those who want it.
Cons
The schedule can be tough for people with families because it requires working nights and weekends. New drivers typically have to work weekends until they build up enough seniority to get a Monday through Thursday schedule.
