Small company that has a ton of potential

Cons

Very little training provided. You're expected to come in build structure that's never been there before which can be very taxing to say the least. Be ready to work 60 hour week minimum

Money. Money. Money. Benefits are pretty good and start after 30 days. Management and co-workers are cool to work with.

Cons

Workload, 14hr days, lack of communication as in the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Your day starts between 1 and 4pm and runs thru the night.
