They're Not Worth Your Time

Low stakes environment Decent benefits A place to get your foot in the door

Cons

Very low pay Each employee is treated as if they are complete disposable No respect for clients/projects They will happily promise you a lot without ever delivering Lots of internal conflict and drama within leadership Project managers and leads are incredibly disengaged and often do not know what's happening on a day to day basis A vast amount of employees are checked out and do not contribute much QL's threshold for acceptability is excessively low, and they do not reinvest into employees. So, the quality of work they get out of their employees is equally low

The team is hardworking, collaborative, and highly ethical (believes in doing the right thing for customers and employees). Flexibility is also offered in your work and there's a lot of focus on helping you grow in the areas you want to grow in.

Cons

Not the right environment for someone who doesn't want to be challenged.
