      Great product, misogynistic culture

      Pros

      The product is phenomenal, rapidly growing, I can see a lot of potential in the company’s future. Generally good work-life balance, although this depends on the quarter and business needs.

      Cons

      The culture on the customer success and sales team (the primary counterpart of CS) is dominated by white men and there is a glass ceiling for female employees. The promotion system is subjective and biased and I saw instances of favoritism over performance. I dealt with a toxic middle manager and the environment became incredibly draining. The comp is also low and not up to the industry standard.

      Qualtrics: We miss the old days. Before SAP BUYOUT

      Pros

      Excellent coworkers. Great benefits. The work is challenging.

      Cons

      Since the buyout from SAP the company culture has not been the same. The upper management doesn't realize if you are fixing issues all the time it's hard to complete goals. Promotions are impossible at the higher levels. They don't care about the individual employee unless it's in their best interest. Seattle is getting worse by the day.

      - Decent comp - OK (sometimes) wlb - People are nice

      Cons

      - No exciting product to work on. - Promote path is so dependent on your manager. If he doesn’t want to put in the work, you will just languish with no room to advance. - Perf Review is truly political, and only favored employees get more than meet expectations. - The stock price has been tanking with no real visibility of improvement. - Talented people has been leaving and now the company is hiring average employees.
