It starts with the HR business partners. The HR and the management is so rude and doesn't respect you or your time, It's as if you are at their mercy and is extremely rude, you will have to follow up multiple times to get a basic response (and it's always a rude one or it sounds threatening). Then followed up by the management, they make false promises of sending onsite and only the ones that are close to them end up going there. Also, you are constantly put under a lot of pressure by people who have no or very less experience. The average years of experience of leaders are not more than 3-4 years and they do not know how to deal with difficult situations, but rather end up being rude and arrogant to people working under them. People with experience trying to give interviews, a humble request, kindly think 100 times before you make this decision because once you are in, then you are stuck.
