      Pros

      This company has many dedicated individuals within the company, great co-workers for the most part, but I'm not sure there are many other positive aspects.

      Cons

      Little to no opportunity for advancement. Women advanced before men. No consideration given to level of education. Having higher than a bachelor's degree at this company will not advance your career.

      Up to date on technology.

      Cons

      Outsourcing of IT and major layoffs in other departments has hurt the morale. Most of the employees hate working for Quest and only stay because we need a paycheck. There are layoffs each year and no communication management.
