      Pros

      Meeting people who fears getting their blood drawn but you change their mind about the past experiences by providing them with a more positive outlook

      Cons

      Toxic, abusive, mental chaos, fear of….so people don’t speak up. No respect and value for the employees no work life balance and etc Clients are more important and highly valued than the employees who make Quest who they are. And to top it off the pay sucks for the amount of work one person does your not just drawing blood you’re billing accounting and collection agent processing payments… to get treated like trash no appreciation

      Pay was good and the work is not overwhelming

      Cons

      Out of date classification systems and databases, micromanaging like crazy, no official SOPs for many processes, disorganized and poorly run, way behind other companies in terms of quality

      Pros

      Unlimited time off…until they take that away because some people are abusing it.

      Cons

      Myself, my boss, his boss have no ability to make decisions independently anymore. Puppeteers at the top are driving new decisions that make no sense to the well informed, experienced people who work daily with customers. Financial analysts have provided egotistical VPs with more then enough motivation to drive the bus from the backseat and they’re running over customers and experienced sales people every day now.
