Pros

- Good challenging bugs which can make you a full stack developer. - Awesome client matching intelligent workflow. - UI bugs though irritating makes the developer good understanding of the DOM. - Working on such tight timelines and commitment will make you a good responsible developer. - Indian General Manager is good enough to keep core values into the company.

Cons

- Promotions is TOTALLY BASED ON POLITICS. - Too much politics on the Team lead. - Few Team Leads in India do not follow good ethics and have personal problems with their teammates. Teams Leads in India take revenge with few team members who disagree with their opinion. - General Manager is very strict with office discipline. But it cannot be considered as a negative point because it definitely aims to increase productivity.

Pros

The people you'll end up working with on the floor will be awesome. Great group that have A+ personality that helps overwhelm the overall dull atmosphere of the office.

Cons

Management keeps you on your toes with warnings. You never know when you'll be handed a final with a random time frame for you to 'resolve' the issue. It doesn't matter how good you are at your job. You can have terrific numbers, be training other people, and they'll still penalize you for things you didn't otherwise know you were doing wrong. It's a rat race without the pay out. Do super well at your job and they'll expect you to do even more without paying you what your time and effort is worth and if you're sub par they'll expect you to do the bare minimum and mostly leave you alone, except you'll be more likely to have them poking you to keep up with KPI's that they pulled out of their butts. The mind games aren't worth the hassle of trying to do everything you can to keep a job that isn't even paying a fair wage. Every single day you're just waiting for HR to pop up behind you, say 'Can you place yourself in meeting?' without any prior warning, and then the eventual walk towards the HR office where they'll unload on you a final warning or worse without anything to cushion the blow.

Pros

The only benefits currently are the wages, because you can work from 11.50 up to 14 in a year, and they supply you $25 a month on a card for an overpriced, under stocked in house mini market for lunch. Also they do have benefits plans, but as a call center rep they're bottom rung barely meeting the Obama care initiative with a high cost and high deductible for what you get.

Cons

Overbearing call flows, constant lies to employees about business practices, constantly removing all parts of the job that lets you feel like a human. No paid time off, and the time off you can get is 2 days a month that you have to plan into other months ahead of time if you want more than 2 days in a row at some point later in the year. They used to have 30 minutes off phone once a month to celebrate all the employees who had birthdays that month called cake day. We used to have team meetings every two weeks to give our opinions and get feedback and updates on what changes were coming, and they took those away. We used to have regular side by sides with team lead assistants at least weekly to help boost our skills. One on one meetings with our team leads so they could notify us of how we're doing and review our performance, which has been replaced by a metrics based system that they only allow about 5 minutes to go over now before being shoved back on phones. They're doing a corporate overhaul to mitigate as much time not on calls as possible to the point where co-workers can't help new members on the team without getting in trouble themselves because they took more than 5 seconds in between a call, focusing on revenue and exhausting their workforce. Lastly, they constantly boast room for promotion, but they nixed most of the team lead and assistant positions, they constantly hire personal friends into higher positions or family of friends instead of dedicated employees. Kind of hard to keep motivated when you keep losing jobs to the floor managers buddies that have only been there for 2 months when you have tried hard for years.
