Pros

Fair salary at an Eastern European scale

Cons

No insurance, no benefits, big lies. They declared once that everyone outside of business field must stop working immediately, upon which hundreds of people lost their jobs in the blink of an eye, due to some sort of "business model change". In the meantime, of course they make you believe that you may be needed in the future waiting for another sudden change. If you want good for yourself, stay far away from them.

Pros

Basically nothing, looking back even the money per hour I earned is meaningless since I lost time with this company, being exploited.

Cons

Everything. From the content production team management, where they have no idea what a project is, how to lead it, how to plan it, how to create a business strategy, everything. Constantly fluctuating budgets, and number of people required for "a project" is solid evidence of this. People completely incompetent being in striking roles, that is so low for a caring company, and against Quizlet values. They tolerate it of course, content production team plays little nice fairies for the C-level executives, and then they mob the hard working people in the back that actually create the product. Avoid this company at all costs.

Pros

Was a great place to work at, nothing comes to mind now.

Cons

After decisions of previous CEO to basically buy a falling-apart textbook solutions company whose CEO didn't even know what a project charter is(not to even mention their so-called content management team that barely knows basic courtesy and writing in English), basically everything is falling apart. Invested money won't return anytime soon, and we had to fire some great people for the sake of those incompetent teams from the mentioned textbook solutions.
