Pros

Great team of people to work with on the local and national levels. The new CEO has brought a refreshing new approach and opened communication amongst staff and management in a safe and productive environment. Pay has gone up and is becoming more competitive. Local management is open to new ideas and suggestions. There are opportunities for advancement, as Rayus prefers to hire from within if possible. Technologists are given the opportunity to cross-train if they wish.

Cons

Some equipment could use updating.

My team is great. We always have each other’s back when things are bad.

Cons

There seems to be a lot more cons the past year and it’s not getting better. We have lots of new managers and executives that are more focused on getting us ready to be sold again than actually helping make the company great again. Every week I email someone new and they have left because of the culture. Turnover is extra high and no one seems to care. Our entire Human Resources team quit because the new leadership and culture is so bad. Then we fired our patient process associates and replaced them with temps so we don’t have to actually hire. Pay is really low, everyone who left is making significantly more elsewhere.

Pros

The company has had a complete transformation. The result is many of the lazy, negative entitled people are gone and vocal about the changes. What is real: we now respect women in leadership, we allow flexible family friendly work environments. We had pay increases and improved benefits and are empowered to lead the culture. Who wouldn’t want that??

Cons

Transitioning out the old entitled culture who didn’t focus on quality and work ethic.
