Pros

Friendly culture with a great engagement team. This company has a few rockstars among the ops team. Hosts many activities throughout the year for employee engagement as well as community involvement.

Cons

Not very flexible with hours. Lots of favoritism as with any workplace. Company wants everyone onsite instead of allowing work from home. Certain campaigns get more attention than others and if you are not part of those campaigns, you can feel excluded.
