      Great mission, great people!

      Pros

      I love our public sector work that contributes to the quality of life and governance in the USA. I get to work with great people who are good at their jobs and care about each other. I have a good relationship with my manager and have excellent flexibility with my schedule and location.

      Cons

      The company is growing by winning large new contracts, which means that we are experiencing some growing pains in organization and change management, which can be frustrating at times. Benefits seem to be geared to attract a younger workforce with a high-deductible plan, which doesn't work for others who may prefer a high benefit plan.
