I have been working at RF-SMART going on 14 years and there is never a dull moment. This company provides so many opportunities to grow, learn, and follow your passion in life. We truly do our best to utilize everyone's strengths to accomplish our mission and ensure our customers succeed in transforming their businesses utilizing our products, services, and support. Teamwork and collaboration are also key components to our success and we continually help each other learn and grow to solve any issues that challenge us. I feel that RF-SMART also goes out of their way to take care of their employees whether that is with frequent perks like chair massages or great additional benefits such as profit sharing and a great bonus program. Our culture is one that really encourages a family feel rather than just being another "number" that gets things done for the business. Each employee is an integral part of our team and we need everyone to accomplish our mission of transforming customers and changing lives. On a more personal level, I am a problem solver at my core and one of the things that has kept me here at RF-SMART so long is the constant variety in both problems to solve and processes to improve. I started at RF-SMART in a technical support role solving customer issues and through years of problem solving, learning, mentor-ship, and hands-on experience, I have been given the opportunity to move into a role where I now lead technical resources. In my current role I utilize my skills and experience to not only continue problem solving at a higher level, but also help coach and motivate my direct reports to become the next generation of "rock stars" that will take RF-SMART into the future. Our drive for growth and excellence in our field to transform more customers and change more lives creates exciting new internal and external growth opportunities. As with any company, not everyone will be a great fit for RF-SMART. We strive to improve by constantly growing, learning, and helping employees around us as well as our external customers. Since we are heavily customer driven, we are often faced with challenging decisions and situations that push us to become better on a technical and a personal level. When you work at RF-SMART, expect to be pushed out of your comfort zone and into new and exciting challenges regularly. If you are someone that likes to remain complacent in your role and do not like to be pushed to grow, RF-SMART may not be the right place for you.
