Good insurance, great team leaders, nice upscale environment, free parking in garage, plenty of space to do side work, good co-workers and made new friends, sometimes they have family meals, you can make really good money with guests that tip accurately.

Cons

The cliental doesn't leave you an appropriate tip many times, the guests like to "camp" because of the beautiful scenery, too many separate check situations.
