You make pretty decent money

Cons

Working here or you feel like you've joined a cult, the people that dine here are super pretentious and full of themselves. The people that work here take their job a little too serious for hospitality and the amount of money that you actually make. The management all have sticks up their butt and love giving you back and compliments. Any other position than a server is not worth it, you're overworked and underpaid and the tip pool percentage is low for the other positions. Overall it's a typical high end bougie restaurant where your subhuman
