Management makes life miserable.- This is the only Major issue. But it's a Very big issue. Attempts to resemble corporate environment by using office-speak. (e.g. touch base, 1 on 1, etc)

There are a lot of things on the store level that could be greatly improved. Systems do not meet the needs of the stores, which in turn creates a lot of "busy work" for everyone. Productivity is documented by hand leaving a lot of room for error. The corporate culture sounds good, but is more of a "smokescreen" to lure the "right people" in. There are only so many occasions where playing junior psychologist at work benefits anyone. Once in, there are lots of extra hours and long stretches without breaks. The training program has a lot of holes. Product information is severely lacking and in some instances hidden on purpose causing consumers to be misled.
