retail hours, very little chance of earning a management position, since they are filled quickly.

Decent pay for Marin without having to stay in the City.

Cons

Doesn't feel like a Company that has it's whole team rallied to move forward. The buildings keep folks very separate and there is no mass communication, no group activites, no visibility of top leaders.

The 40% discount! You will need it for the super expensive items that they sell there.

Cons

The hours! You will not see your family or friends because of the erratic scheduling. You also will be subjected to 3am (yes you read that correctly) floor moves in order to "give the store a new look and make it look fresh". This is done at least every 2 months. We had a 2 story store in the heart of Boston. It is not easy to move a bed up 2 flights of stairs. The extended Christmas hours also stink. Thanksgiving and Christmas are mandatory by the way.
