Health Benefits, above average pay compensation for the area.

Cons

No standard training processes. No budget set aside for training. Admin department is a revolving door. Management and subordinates are very new to their roles (1 year or less experience in their positions). Lots of Trial and Error rather than actual company researched strategies. Very few women or persons on color in leadership positions. Not very much room for growth, learning or promotion after 1 year. You may be hired on for one position and swapped to a different department six months later for no reason.

basic benefits, one actually did get a regular paycheck, however meager

Cons

favoritism is the only way to get promoted. Pay is a joke. Leadership actually encourages toxicity between departments. It's an unsupervised playground.

The atmosphere at RJ Young cannot be replicated anywhere else. It’s a family-owned company that cares more about its employees and doing business the right way than making money. There aren’t too many jobs any more that you wake up excited to go to. This is one of them!
