      Pros

      Non-leadership employees are great and tend to work hard.

      Cons

      So many cons. See headline. No room for growth unless you are a white man. Bonus if you went to Ole Miss. Underpaid. Awful health insurance. Very toxic. They think they are a "big" company, but in reality it is a mom & pop operation. 2023 was their biggest year for revenue and yet they are laying people off in 2024. Use caution.

      A lot of nice people.

      Cons

      The foundations of the company are built on the good ol boy system. It will never change. If you’re not a good ol boy, you will not get the recognition deserved. Those who do best, are cronies.

      Pros

      They feed you a lot. I guess to make for the low wages.

      Cons

      It’s the good ole boy system. People promoted over more qualified people. They treat you like your second class. New hires are paid more than senior staff. Then you are threatened if you find out and request equal pay.
