Pros

Great place to work because everyone is so friendly, and they generally have a good attitude to work-life balance.

Cons

It's in the worst possible location in Los Angeles for traffic. You cannot get worse than Santa Monica, specifically the 10 freeway/cloverfield exit. They do not expect or produce amazing work, so you are not pressed to create amazing work. The primary client, Honda, is conservative and is not interested in producing amazing creative work. So in the end you are paid "just enough", and expected to work "just enough". It's not bad, but no place to start a new creative career.

Pay is below average Overtime is discouraged in many departments Not a risky agency, only produces "safe" material Not innovative in process or management

*Fantastic management *Great work/life balance *Teams are very tight knit and sometimes hang out outside of work *Big clients - Intuit, Farmer's Insurance, Honda, Acura, Mandalay Bay *Fairly solid benefits package *You can walk into the CEO's office whenever you want

*Pay! They pay below standard and some teams discourage overtime
