Pros

The hours are very friendly (usually 9-5 in most cases, in contrast with other agencies), and the neighborhood is great (located near MTV, Yahoo, and the Water Garden). Corporate culture is also very colorful, and there are happy hours in the courtyard every Thursday during the summer!

Cons

Salaries tend to be a bit lower than at other advertising agencies. Company thinking is risk-averse and not exceptionally innovative.

Pros

RPA allows you to work on big brands early on and gain responsibility at a good pace. There is a wonderful work moral and employees are very loyal and proud of this company.

Cons

It can be a bit slow to be rewarded for your growth in the company. Pushing yourself is key because others won't necessarily do it for you.
