It's hard to knock the paid happy hours as one of the better things about this agency. Great team-based environment Good information sharing from the higher ups Get great early on exposure to big clients like Honda, Acura, Farmer's Insurance, and Intuit. Very laid back atmosphere that still produces quality work. Great benefits and location.

Cons

Pay is slightly lower than industry standard (at least for lower level positions). Somewhat limited in career advancement opportunities.
