By being a global company, its slogans sound really tempting - unfortunately the lack of cooperation and ignorance between departments makes the company look like a group of competing startups. Personal development is nearly impossible unless you are part of the inner circle. Motivation does not exist unless you motivate yourself. Office work provides a nice glance back to the '90s - if you ever wanted to know how it was like back them, this is your place. IT solutions are often overridden / decided by the Middle Managers.

Way too many managers working against each other with workplace politics and no real solid business plan for the company. Upper regional management are erratic and have no real long term view. Management focus too heavily on just the business processes with no attention payed to what really matters. There is no local national GM, resulting in a business being steered in numerous different directions my various departmental heads.
