You have to learn a new language and its called "RS speak" Not many people have a real job and those who don't really have a real job spend hours making processes and system complex to justify their pretyend positions. To many managers of managers, managing things that don't need managing Have to kiss a lot of arse to progress and this is obvious by those talentless individuals being paid a lot of money to make life more difficult.everyone else A global strategy that everyone pretends they understand but don't this includes senior managers Stay to long and you will never get another job outside of Corby.

Currently going through re-structuring so many good people have left due to bad management of change. Some managers who bully staff remain in post as they 'deliver' . This is despite the new Ways of Working which include Respect and working Together etc... it's just all talk... no action .... very disappointing.
