Nothing. No self-respect then join this organization.
Cons
1.Mangers use slang and pass vulgar comments. 2.Never be able to learn anything and your career will just be ruined. 3.You will have multiple managers and they will treat you like a slave. 4.Rather than work managers are interested in what you are eating, with whom you are talking to, who is calling you, other personal details and etc... 5.They will force you to come on weekends even if there is no work and will say there is no need to stay home on weekends(shamelessly). 6.For normal employee office hour is 9:00 - 21:00 but for managers 11:00-6:00 7.No increment and will always threaten you about termination. 8.Appraisal is just a game. Lick their boots and get an appraisal.
