Maybe 3-4 years back there might have been some pros but now there are none.

Cons

No salary hike Extra work pressure (created by upper management when it is not required) They will expect you work 10-11 hours in office then again at home during night Pretty much everything is a con

(1) Extremely good people who are stalwarts in the Payment domain (2) Employee-friendly with excellent work-life balance (3) Allows growth to people who can seek it

Cons

(1) Lost its way once the major customer decided to break away - there was no Plan B (2) Senior Management has no vision and has not been able to assert himself (3) Payment grades are poorly defined (4) More on individual brilliance than building and retaining solid teams

But the company is in hand of cunning managers who are good at flattery. Owner is in US and he has no concern about company. You can be sacked anytime. company is in loss from 3 years
