      Pros

      - People are generally friendly. - Decent benefits. - Fun Fridays. - VTO (volunteer time off) if you're into that type of thing.

      Cons

      - Pay needs to updated to be more competitive. - Management is slow to react especially to change and low morale. - Management should be working on modernizing it's policies/procedures to help retain/attract talent. - Management needs to invest in its people with training, career paths, and financially. - Hiring is slow. - When employees leave, the company tends to replace them with people at a much lower level (skill, experience, etc). - Some problems/issues within the company are recognized but tend to never get solved or corrected.

      Pay was good. Co-Workers were fun.

      Cons

      Toxic good ole' boy leadership. VP got rolling one of my first days and admitted he didn't know what he was doing, then he caught himself and stopped talking. Management is made up of owner's cronies.

      At RTC, we strive for continuous improvement. Listening to critiques such as this and improving the working environment is our goal. We have several women in leadership positions and all of our VP’s are very qualified and experienced associates. In 2021, we had over 60 promotions or transfers, allowing existing associates to grow their career and move to other roles in the organization. This year we plan to build on those accomplishments.

      Pros

      Family Owned Great Employees....wants to be collaborative. Lack of current Systems inhibits this.

      Cons

      Lack of Automation They make great things....and to be a part of that id awesome. Outdated Company Culture....Still think the only way to keep an employee happy is to offer icecream. This is due to a HR team that does not know what it does not know.
