Pros

Bonuses paid out based on performance

Cons

The culture will suck the life out of you. Underlying resentment/animosity between teams, higher ups think they’re better than everyone, no team environment. Because of the underlying tension, there is 0 communication between teams. Everyone is disjointed. Culture is terrible, low morale. No one wants to be there, no one wants to help. The Coyote merger has been a total disaster. Mistakes are being made that are causing everyone to fix on the backend, thus increasing workloads without any of the higher ups caring to fix the process. Compensation package is also getting worse, not better. 14 WFH days a year that can’t be used consecutively or during inclement weather or when you’re not feeling good and want to stay home. They took away Christmas Eve and Black Friday as paid holidays. They’re only hiring temps and the 3% cost of living raise was only 2% this year that we won’t get until July. Couldn’t even give us that.

Pros

Only pros I have ever had with this so called company was the day I quit. It felt amazing.

Cons

Working here. I worked the Gainesville Ga night spot. Did really well. Watched the team leads dump work on some and let others do nothing. I was constantly harassed and overworked. I would log daily 150-200 when others logged 6 times. My shift manager was inexperienced and had no common sense. When I reported my issues to HR I was “let go” and told I’m too competitive. Lol. Meaning I work more than most of my team combined. Then I find out the ones who harassed me all live together. No structure, no integrity, and some of the most brainless coworkers along with upper management that turns the blind eye. Shame on you!

No Work-Life Balance

Business Outlook

Pros

Good benefits and health insurance

Cons

No work life balance at all for Operations Managers with the company. Expect to work 10-14 hours a day and easily 55-70 hours a week 7 days a week. You will have lots of PTO accrued but will never be able to take vacation or time off because the company never has anyone to fill in to cover if you take off so if you do take PTO then you will be on call and work during your PTO and is expected. Company cut back on hiring which has lead to low moral and over worked Managers who are all burned out and 3 have quit in just the last several months and more are leaving soon. Toxic environment at times and only brown nosers and buddies of the Regionals and leaders get promoted. So if you want to get promoted then play the game and brown nose.
