Pros

Excellent opportunity to move up to manager in training and get promoted to store manager, great employees, hard working people for the money they get paid, excellent way to get entry level management experience. They have excellent district managers who have done the business for many years. There are payroll bonuses and quarterly bonuses that aren't too hard to meet with a good staff. The company is doing very well and is so far not going any where.

Cons

work over 50hrs a week with a low pay and expected to perform great after staying and doing three doubles sometimes. You will always stay late if you the store manager because there is always too much to get done. A disorganized company who have problems balancing customer service and task work and restocking. For instance, they do not know which one they want better store presentation or customer service and expect too much from management with low payroll hours to complete big projects. You are always changing things repetitively. If you want to get promoted, you will get a bigger store and your base won't change. Although, the commission will, but with double the work load. As far as you becoming a dm, you are going to have to wait many years.

Cons

This company takes Full Advantage of its Sales associates, the District and Regional Mangers are unprofessional they don't introduce themselves nor do they take the time to help you do a better job or take notice of your performance unless of course its negative.

Pros

Job security. Fast growing company. After time, accumulated vacation. Medical, Dental, vision insurance. Good overall job experience for learning management

Cons

Store Managers work minimum 50+ hours, usually +. No compensation for any overtime worked. All store management was demanded to work 85 hours in 7 days. Good work goes unnoticed and unappreciated.
